We are still working hard to be able to create and actively contribute to the advancement of internationally and inside Indonesia recognized seafarer quality standards.

OUR VISION

Considering how many ships are traveling the seas—both in Indonesia and around the world. Every ship that sails will experience issues and demands related to the ship's condition, including damage to the engine and the deck. Other demands include those for ship crews and everyday requirements for ship personnel. As a result, we decided to establish a business that provides domestic and international crew seafarer services (Recruitment Crew Seaferer).

OUR MISSION

Providing work for sailors and assisting the government in reducing poverty. The business is still making an effort to create and actively contribute to the improvement of seafarer quality standards that are accepted both domestically and internationally in Indonesia.

Company History

8 JUNE 2009

The company was first established and initially focused on providing ship engine repairs and beginning the distribution of workers.

2010

Submitting and heavily promoting a proposal to the Taiwan Shipping Company.

2015

The company experienced an approximately 50% rise in labor distribution.

2017

Participate in training and certification programs run by governments and international nations. The business had a nearly 100% growth from all directions.

2022

Continue to increase the crew's performance and quality. Several of our partner companies have complimented us.

Consultation Crew

We believe that every ship has unique requirements. It will be easier to address the needs of our seafarers with the help of a qualified crew. The consulting crew will benefit from Indonesian seafarer management, seniority patterns, wage regulations, and certification from the flag state.

Pasca-onboard Service

Our work doesn't end when we send seaferer to your ships, it just starts. The key components of the onboard post service are the computation and transfer of monthly wages, trouble shooting, and crewing evaluation.

What areas have been passed by ships here?

We often pass through the territorial waters of Southeast Asia. Not only that, several ships have passed through almost all regions of the world.

How do I apply as a crew member?

The interview process is usually via telephone and coming to the office (scheduled).
